Based on my personal professional experience and due diligence of available Realty franchises, I had a difficult time finding one that had the same philosophy and work ethic that matched my own, therefore I created Hometrust. Hometrust is an independently owned CA Corporation that provides service throughout Southern California. The majority of our focus is in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Hometrust is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Tri-Counties Association of Realtors, VVAR MLS, CRMLS and MLS Alliance.
We have a very strong work ethic and high level of integrity. We answer our phones and e-mail immediately or respond within minutes. I am personally involved and hands-on with every transaction to ensure the client receives the best service possible. Prior to Hometrust, I was the Vice President of Operations with a large Non-Profit Consumer Credit Management firm. While at the Consumer Credit firm, one of many responsibilities was the accountability and management of the loss mitigation and housing counseling department. This experience was the driving variable for creating Hometrust.
We are a small company that continues to provide that personal service to our clients that cannot be found with the larger firms. At Hometrust, you are not handed off to an assistant once a listing is signed. The broker or both broker and agent are involved throughout the process.
Our mission is to determine our client's objective and then make it happen. We are successful at navigating past obstacles and accomplishing our client’s goal. If the client is committed to their objective and to Hometrust, we will see the mission through until the objective is met, any day, any hour, any holiday - we see it though until closure.
